These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aeo.press (the “Service”), operated by Friend Club LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
aeo.press is an AI-powered analytics and content platform designed to help organizations understand and improve how they appear across AI systems, search engines, and websites.
The Service may include:
- Analytics and dashboards
- AI-powered chat experiences embedded on websites
- AI-generated content, audits, briefs, and recommendations
- Automated publishing of content to user-controlled properties
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
The Service is not intended for children under 13.
3. Accounts
Some features require creating an account.
You are responsible for:
- All activity under your account
- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we believe the Service is being misused, abused, or used unlawfully.
4. User Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or generate using the Service (“User Content”).
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for:
- User Content and AI-generated outputs
- Any content published automatically or manually using the Service
- Verifying accuracy and suitability before use or publication
- Compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms
5. Analytics & Logs
We may analyze first-party and third-party website traffic logs solely to provide analytics, reporting, and functionality designed for the applicable user or organization.
Log data is not shared with other users or other customers of the Service. We do not share log data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (for example, through infrastructure, analytics, or AI providers acting on our behalf and subject to confidentiality obligations).
We do not publicly disclose raw personal data contained in logs. Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used internally to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
6. AI & Machine Learning Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning models.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
- AI output is provided for informational purposes only
- AI output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice
- You are responsible for independently evaluating AI output before relying on it
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
7. Third-Party AI Providers
To provide AI functionality, the Service may send user inputs to third-party AI providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Where reasonably possible, we select providers that offer data-use controls consistent with our intent not to use customer data for model training. However, we do not control third-party providers’ internal systems or policies.
8. Payments & Billing
The Service may include subscription-based fees and usage-based charges.
- Payments are processed through Stripe
- Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Friend Club LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with our written permission.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a risk to the Service, us, or others
- Required by law or legal process
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
